David N. Webb is a Co-Founder and Partner of SFW Capital Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Webb previously worked for Merrill Lynch for over 22 years where he was a Vice Chairman of Investment Banking. Mr. Webb founded Merrill's Financial Sponsors Group, which he led for over 12 years, and served as a member of the Investment Banking Operating Committee. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, re-capitalization, IPO and sale of middle-market companies. During his time at Merrill, Mr. Webb was the primary investment banking advisor to Mr. Salice and Mr Freeman regarding their investments at AEA. Mr. Webb is an advisory director of the Honors Program of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a director of Homes for the Homeless, Inc., and a director of the New York City Ballet. He has a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar, and an MBA from the Darden School of the University of Virginia. |
