Casey A. Lynch is a Co-Founder and Partner of SFW Capital Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. He started his private equity career at AEA Investors, where he worked with Mr. Freeman and Mr. Salice on a variety of leveraged recapitalization investments.

Prior to joining SFW, he was a Partner at Parthenon Capital, a private equity firm with over $1.8 billion under management, and led Parthenon's healthcare practice. He was previously a vice president at North Castle Partners, a middle market private equity fund. Mr Lynch began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company.

Mr. Lynch serves on the Board of Directors of Triad Isotopes Inc. and Westcliff Medical Laboratories, Inc. and was formerly on the Board of MedAssets, Inc., Med-Tel International, AccuMed Home Health and CRC Health Corp. He has B.A. and M.S. degrees from Stanford University.
