Roger C. Freeman is a Partner of SFW Capital Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. Previously, he was a Managing Director at AEA Investors, having joined as an Analyst in 1992. During his time there, Mr. Freeman worked on numerous successful private equity investments, including Mettler Toledo International, Telephia, Inc., IAG Research, Inc., Waters Corporation, XM Satellite Radio, and CasTech Aluminum Group, among others. Prior to joining AEA, he was a consultant at Bain & Company where he provided strategic consulting services to major corporations in the medical products, industrial, and communications sectors. Mr. Freeman serves as Chairman of the Boards of AGDATA, L.P. and MD Buyline, Inc., Director of Spectro Inc. and Buyers Laboratory, LLC and previously served as Chairman of the Board and Director of Telephia, Inc. and on the Board of IAG Research, Inc. He has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.
