Thomas P. Salice is a Co-Founder and Partner of SFW Capital Partners and the Chairman of its Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Salice was with AEA Investors, an international private equity firm he joined in 1989. He was named a Managing Director in 1992, and served as President and CEO from 1999 until 2002 and as a Vice Chairman until 2004.

He currently serves as lead Director of Mettler-Toledo International Inc. (NYSE: MTD), chairs the Compensation Committee, and is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Salice also serves on the Board of Directors of Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), where he is Lead Director, Chair of Audit Committee, and member of the Compensation and Governance Committees.

Mr. Salice has served on numerous other public and private Boards, including Agere Systems, CasTech Aluminum Group Inc., Dal-Tile International, Manchester Tank & Equipment Co., Marbo, Inc., and Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Salice has a B.S. from Fordham University, where he serves as a Trustee, and an MBA from Harvard University.
