Terry D. Smith is a Principal of SFW Capital Partners and serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. From February 2005 until joining the firm, he served as CFO of Roetzel & Andress, an Ohio-based law firm.

Previously, Mr. Smith served as CFO of Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, Inc., Easco, Inc., and CasTech Aluminum Group Inc. during the time Mr. Wells was CEO of those companies. Prior to that he worked as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Smith has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Akron and is a CPA.
