Mr. Sercu joined SFW Capital Partners in 2026 as an Associate. He supports several current SFW investments, including including Caron, Pion, and RDI Technologies, and participates in the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities. Prior to SFW, he worked as an investment professional at TriplePoint Capital, a growth oriented direct lender. Before TriplePoint, he was an investment banking professional at TD Cowen where he worked on M&A and financings. Mr. Sercu received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College, where he was also a member of the lacrosse team and was on the NESCAC All-Academic Team.
